Good morning, 

Got word back from the Treasurer's Office:

We deactivate online payments around this time each year and keep them off until early January. We start requiring certified funds for any payments so only cash, cashiers checks, money orders, etc. are now accepted. Any cashiers checks or money orders can be mailed into our office or left in our dropbox by the southwest entrance to avoid having to come into the building. Please include the schedule number for the property to help us accurately apply the payment.

job application portal will not allow me to sign in

I am trying to apply to jobs on the larimer county portal but it will not allow me to sign in. I have created 2 different email accounts, one allows me to sign in but will not allow me to apply for the job. I put in all my information and upload documents and when I hit save it tells me I have to log into that account-which I already did to get to that option. 

The older email, when I log in it tells me is an invalid email but when I try to use it to create a new account it says that email is in use but never sends me a password reset option.

When requesting password, it does not email the user. Just says if does but email never arrives.  It;s been well over an hour, and have checked spam.

Hello cabinjimn,

I attempted to have it send you a reset email address. If that does not work please email lcplngbldg@co.larimer.co.us directly - onlineportal.larimer.org is supported by the Planning and Building department and provide support via that email address.

login forget passwork does not email new password.

Data and permit searches

I am a Realtor and depend on the site to pull Septic Permits and Building Permits to make sure I have the most accurate info to share with prospective buyers...where'd they go??  I can find a list of permits on the new database page if I log in but I can't access the actual permits to determine what specifically they were for and the details..  I also can't access septic permits which are very important for rural properties.  I try to call the Health Dept and never can reach anyone..busy pulling permits manually?

Hello Diane,

The system that handles permits was moved to a new vendor solution, located at onlineportal.larimer.org - a while before we launched our new website.


The form used to search permits is specifically located at: https://onlineportal.larimer.org/EnerGov_Prod/CitizenAccess/Site/Permit/Search


Please let me know if this is not the tool you seek.
