Why is it that you can see practically limitless amounts of past bookings for "homeless and transient" populations by date but you can only see the last 10 days for everyone else? I often don't find out about things until closer to the 10+ date period and I would like to be able to utilize the records the same without singling out the homeless population...
I have to exit the entire program to conduct another property records search??

Based on the form you see we've added a link titled Clear Form, to the right of the 'Find Property' Button:
Clicking that link should reset the form, clear the results and set you up for your next search. If that is not the case, please send us a note with the URL where we are missing this feature (or on a page where it is not working as it should)
OK. Did an update prevent individuals from being able to access public records for property searches?! I represent an insurance agency where we depend on information from the assessor site in order to properly insure a home. Not having this information is a great disservice to everyone involved. Now when trying to access the info, we are given an error message that we are "unauthorized". We even signed up for an account and are still unable to access public property records. Please correct this ASAP

I am an appraiser and now when I print it out, it is so little, that when I scan it, you can't read it anymore. The old Site was perfect. Why changing something, when it works so great
Thank you so much for the feedback - anything noted that helps us make the tool better is what we are after. As far as printing, we are actively working to make this better and will review the printability in Firefox. As fare as the old site, we still have it online and will for a while: http://legacy.larimer.org - but our goal is to address each issue the new tool has, and at the end of the day make it better for all comers.
