Provide us feedback on Larimer.org
Thank you for the feedback. Sorry for the delay - not sure if there was a data issue when this click was attempted. Just checked and am now able to get information on El Burrito.
Here is the direct link:
I tried to search using the Search function on several terms. "Abatement", "Property Tax Liens", and several others. Each time, the result would print 'Loading'. When I hit continue, it would print 'Loading' again. After waiting a long time, it would print 'Sorry, an error occurred', in red. No results were ever given for any of the search terms. It did not ever work for me, on iMac, Safari - with all latest updates. My internet connection seems to be OK, as all other websites, email, etc is working.
I was attempting to contact a member of the Estes Park Estates road Board via the link in roads, and with multiple attempts the message was not accepted. A note stated to contact "site support services" with problems, but there is no such thing on the website. What do I do now, and why would I be referred to something that doesn't exist/come up in a site search? Very poor UX! Please contact me.

Because they look adorable. Thanks for the question.
I cannot find a handy easy-to-use button that says "renew" a retail food establishment license. Could use some sort of information on how it happens. One reference that says they are renewed annually in January. How? Where?
I too came up empty when looking for the easy button - or at least a good description of the process on the department's pages: https://www.larimer.org/health/safety-sanitation-programs/food-safety-program/license-plan-review-information
I will forward a note on the missing info, but please reach out to the department directly concerning your specific renewal:

Nothing happens when I click the 'Find Property' button. (No pop-up blocker!). Same with the Property Tax Search page. How can I get my Property Tax Notice??
I have checked it a few times today and it appears to be accessible. We did have some issues earlier in the week but hope those have subsided - please let mer know if you experience any additional issues.

I'm trying to find out if there are any liens against a property, and if so, how to contact the lien holder. I cannot find any page that will guide me to finding liens. How can I find liens against real property?
Thank you Todd and the Treasurer's Office for the feedback/info.

I search for storage shed handout and still get loafing shed handout. I can not find the garage handouts. The "I WANT TO" tab looks like a search but it is not. Search leaves a lot to be desired.
I have been dealing with computers for almost 40 years and find the layout difficult and search frustrating. I put in wood stove handout and got a burglary in the list???
Sorry for the delay but we have not forgot about you. The trick we found is that no where in the info sheet did it include the term Storage Shed, or Handout. So we had to add some additional terms on the page and train the search a bit more to dig into fields and documents.
If you search the term 'storage shed handout' now, the building page is the first item that appears and we have added the term Handout where we felt appropriate.
Thank you again for the feedback.

search function on the overall website doesn't bring up complete results. Once you have a list of search results and you select one of the results, you also can't use the back arrow to get back to the search results.
