I have had a lot of trouble with the phone directory lately. Often when I type in a name the page doesn't load and there are no options that pull up. I've had better luck finding phone numbers by looking at the org chart in ultipro. Is there something wrong with the page?
The data service, as a whole, was sluggish. We've added more resources and rebooted.

Again sorry with the delay here. Since the bboard has migrated, the trading post links have moved as well , and should hopefully open as intended. If this is not the case, please let us know.
Also what about the Hockey suite requests? Not sure where that needs to live or if we need to change something.

The links used to open the specific Trading Post item. The URL looks like it should open specific item.
For example, I would expect the http://bboard.larimer.org/shopping/item_detail.cfm?id=55477 URL to open open the following item/page:

All of the HS employees are listed as employees of the Health and Human Services Department. We are not the same department as the Health Dept.
Thanks for the feedback. That first filter (select box) works on Division, which for Health and Human Services is the same. The second filter is for Department, which is where both Health and Human Services appear separately.
Where does a client enter We Serve tickets?
Where does a client check on existing We Serve tickets they have submitted so they can get a status?
