Where are my property records in Assessor's DB? Data is missing. Friday Aug 13 5 pm

btrrcweb2098 8 months ago in Assessor / Property Search updated by Dave Seabeck 8 months ago 1

Owner name is missing. I can bring up one of my parcels (92 Brown Trout Lane) but the owner name is blank (and then it showed up), and I searched for "Brown Trout" street name to get that one to show up - there should be more records come up - 165 Brown Trout, 173 Brown Trout. There should be a Bein Cabin records, and a Combs Colin record.

Thank you for feedback - we will pass this on, but if you have additional information or details on why it is the worst it may help us make it better.

View GIS fm Assessor DB Still bringing up Moose Loop LN instead of the found parcel's GIS. You say not a bug, well it sure isn't a 'feature.'

Image 142

Note Parcel info does NOT match map location. That is Moose Loop Ln (see lower picture), the terrain should be along Hwy 34.

Steps: Larimer County Assessor: Locate Parcel 1071 W Highway 34=>View GIS Map = goes to Moose Loop LN instead of the correct area of Larimer County (along Hwy 34 in Big Thompson Canyon).   My question is: why  doesn't it go to the correct area of the map?

The second picture  is where I clicked on the parcel and popup box over the map shows the Moose Loop Ln info that does not match what I was looking for.  It's not just the Houston parcel that does this - it's any parcel search/click to view GIS can bring this wrong info up, and it's always Moose Loop Ln. Is that the geographical center of the county? Panel on the left shows the Parcel I was trying to research that I brought up in the assessors website search, then clicked on View GIS Map.  Popup overlay is to a whole different property on Moose Loop Ln.

GIS Not Working

btrrcweb2098 1 year ago in Assessor / Property Search updated by Jim Vogl 1 year ago 1

This seems to describe it. I locate my parcel via Assessor's page/property search. Click on View GIS Map, and it brings up a map of another part of the county wherever it is that Moose Loop Ln is located. I am at Brown Trout Lane. I have had this same wrong location show up for various other parcels, mostly along Hwy 34 in Big Thompson Canyon.  I don't think it does it every time.

This has been a problem for at least the last month, maybe longer.   My parcel #:  2513000003

This is not what I'm looking for, I need to see Brown Trout Lane on the map. Yes, I know how to scroll the map over there, but it's tedious and bugs need to be fixed, not continue as 'features.'

In LIL, clicking the parcel in the left results column zooms you in on the property and highlights its borders.

Hello brettfritz,

I've tested the property search this morning and am unable to replicate the error. It may have cleared up or may be based on specific data you are working with. Can you please provide some more details on the information you were looking for / using for your query. I can then see if there is a problem in our data.

Cheers,

Gregg

Our records management system had an outage this morning but the records appear to be back online. If you are still seeing this issue please forward me an address or parcel number and I can investigate that record.

Cheers,

Gregg
