login forget passwork does not email new password.

When requesting password, it does not email the user. Just says if does but email never arrives.

I am looking for your account on the new website and don't see it - at least using the email address briankelley70@gmail.com.
Is there a chance it is under a different email - or - you may be accessing one of our older systems, still hosted on https://apps.larimer.org.
Any additional details could help me track it down.
