Old editions of What's Up

volkerl 1 year ago in BBoard (larimer.org/bboard) updated by Gregg Turnbull 3 weeks ago 2

Old editions of What's Up are not on the new Bulletin Board. There are probably way too many on the current B-Board, but it might be good to have the last full year + current????

Sorry for the delay - took us a bit of time but we now have all old responses online. :)

GOOD, I'M SATISFIED

Thanks, Gregg!  It looks great.  I don't think we'll need to keep these until the end of time (like we did on the old Bulletin Board).  Can we establish a roll-off time limit?  12 mos.? 18 mos? 2 years?  I'm not sure what's best and what's a burden on the web team.

Gregg,

Right now on the new B-board the "What's up with that?" and "Hotmail" page only links to submission forms.  There are no past editions of "What's Up!" available on the new B-board.  I think it would be helpful to have the last 12 months or so available of the archived editions.  Employees sometimes ask me for older editions and I routinely refer them to this page on the current/old B-board.  We definitely don't need to transfer ALL the very old versions, but some amount of current should probably be available.  Do they need to be in a different format?
