Searching a specific parcel or schedule number is not working.
I found the parcel I was looking for on your GIS map. I am unable to access the property's information page from the map, so I tried to type the parcel number and it said I needed to narrow my search. Then I tried to type in the schedule number, and I got the same message. Along with this message, there is no search button to click.

Yesterday and today I tried searching through the "Property Search" engine for a specific property with the parcel assessor number, schedule number, address, as well as the name of the owner, and was given the message that my search returned no results. I can find the parcel through the "Search by Map" engine, and I can also find it through the "Property Taxes" search engine. I then tried clicking on the "email" Assessor and was taken to a page indicating that "File Not Found" and information directing me to click on the website feedback. Needless to say, this is quite frustrating.

Hello Courtney and Cindie - We are sorry for the frustration and have, we hope, found the error of our ways (at least the error in the code). Please test the new property search again and let us know if you are receiving the results you expect.

If there are still issues, please let us know in this thread and, in the meantime, use the previous version of the tool which is still available at: http://legacy.larimer.org/assessor/query/search.cfm
Thanks,
Gregg Turnbull - Webmaster, Larimer County

We have found and corrected the last (we hope) of the bugs in the parcel search. It correctly clears previous results and searches as expected. If any errors persist please let us know. Cheers
