Can't return to the "protest online" site after looking up property records. Have to start all over. Makes the "5 minutes or less" estimation to complete meaningless.

Can't return to the list of properties on the protest site when looking at details of properties. Any choices put in are erased, necessitating starting over. There is no way to save data that I see. I resorted to printing out the properties I chose as comparables while I looked up the details of each property I chose. Pretty cumbersome, unless I'm missing something..

Hello Carol,

Sorry for our delay, and for your experience in the form data being erased.

The process for protest is pretty linear when clicking through the forms. I would suggest to open a separate page if looking into details about nearby property sales: https://www.larimer.org/assessor/search#/residential/

We will take your note and research how we can make the process more resilient - perhaps one screen, to avoid lost data.

If you have any additional feedback or comments please sent them our way.

Cheers,
