Since the blotter is limited, there is a tool online that may be more useful.

http://communitycrimemap.com keeps history for a much longer period - though is limited to 500 records pre map. 

I would recommend  - type in an address and the use the quick date range option: 1 year.

BAD, I'M UNSATISFIED

I am part of the Neighborhood watch team for Westridge Estates HOA. A map with a years worth of data 1 to 4 miles from our location would be helpful to keep our members informed at our yearly meeting.

If you don’t know about history you are doom to repeat it.  Or the converse crimes occur in similar patterns over time.

How can i get such a report every year?

The blotter is a resource for current activity. A formal request through Sheriff Records can be made for call information more than 10 days old - https://www.larimer.org/sheriff/support-services/sheriff-records.
