Good morning Czech,

To get to departments from the front page, or elsewhere on the site, one would click on 'Our County' main menu link, followed by 'Departments and Offices

I've also added a quick link in the I Want To section, under 'Find' labelled 'A Department'

All links above take you to https://www.larimer.org/departments

Cheers,

Gregg

BAD, I'M UNSATISFIED

Thanks Gregg, but it should be a direct link on every page of your website -- as it was before. I'm not merely change-averse, but rather I know that many use cases within the website require multiple departments to arrive at complete fulfillment.

No worries Czech, and thank you for the feedback. It is available as a link across the website, just under the heading 'Our County' - so users can get to it whether they are on the Sheriff's page, or Assessor's, etc. During the redesign we looked at the stats of how citizen's were using the links and most looked for services - paying a bill, registrations, etc. So the menu changes were based on how users were navigating and searching the site - still keeping departments within one click - under 'Our County'. Absolutely appreciate the feedback - keep it coming.

Cheers,

Gregg
