Constitutional Rights of Citizens

I would like to thank Sheriff Smith.  He does not hesitate to stand up for citizens and our constitutional rights. To have to educate elected and non-elected county and state officials and staff on the constitution and constitutional law is outrageous but...it is a position that Sheriff Smith has found himself in, over and over...especially in the recent political atmosphere.  

The voice of reason has never been so rare and as valuable as it is today.
